"I can’t thank Danielle and John at D & T Pest and Termite Control enough for their service! We had a bee problem in our baby’s room. They were coming from the attic hatch, through the light fixtures, it was a nightmare! After several failed attempts through Terminix to find the issue, their lack of concern for the severity of this issue and them ensuring us there was no hive and we just had to “give it time” for the spray to work, we had enough. Weeks of “giving it time” had come and gone and we still actively saw bees in my baby’s room. Immediately after arguing with Terminix of their lack of treatment and lack of service, I decided to contact someone local. I contacted D & T Pest and Termite Control and they had a technician out that Monday morning (on time). In less than 5 minutes after explaining the issue, John the technician found a hive in our attic. Not only was he informative, but he was personable and made us feel comfortable since he knew EXACTLY what he was doing and EXACTLY how to take care of it. In under 30 minutes, he had removed the hive and treated the affected area appropriately. I wish I had contacted D & T Pest and Termite Control in the first place! I cannot rate them high enough for the service they provided, and how they accommodated my freak out. I can’t thank them enough!"

"Rutland took care of a yellow jacket nest in a timely fashion. Communication from Steve is excellent, and the exterminator came exactly in the time window provided. I would hire them again for pest control and am considering them for future lawn services also. Pricing was fair, and the technician was very knowledgable about the active and inactive ingredients that they used to treat the nest."

"Very pleased with the work. They were knowledgeable, studied the house and diagnosed what needed to be done. We haven't seen any ants since they visited. I only give them a C on Punctuality because they lost our work order on the day they were originally supposed to come. When I called them about this they were very apologetic and sent over a truck almost immediately so it was not a lasting issue and I would hire them again without reservation."

"We had a massivie invasion of carpenter ants and mice. There was no way we could eliminate either of these without help. We live in the woods. Bugs and mice are part of the living on this kind of land. They aren't cheap, but they do the job and they come when called. We'll never be rid of the mice or the ants, not completely, but there are a whole lot fewer of them than there were and it gets better every year. Living in the woods is lovely, but very messy. We buy an annual package"

Not only did he inspect the areas of concern, but also the entire home and garage for any other potential issues. He gave me great recommendations during the inspection, along with a detailed report stating everything we talked about, and was patient with all my questions. "The service turned out so-so. It was okay. I just had some issues and they would not come out, but they did the job and the problem went away. So, I guess overall, I am fine. They did not charge me more than the $150 Big Deal. I actually saw some bees a few weeks later. I asked them to come back, but they told me because I had spray myself, they told me that they could not guarantee anything. So, I was a little taken back with that. The problem went away so it became a loop point, but I was not happy knowing that because I had taken action myself and they could not guarantee the work that they had done. It does kind of disappoint. The problem went away so it is fine, but I am not sure if I would use them again. I am not sure if I would have them recommended. I think they could have told me upfront that they would not guarantee their work if I had done any spraying. There was no issue after the fact, but I did not appreciate it. I wish they had been more transparent upfront."
