"We do not recommend Hernanadez Landscaping. After at least 3 requests to for a written estimate, including the night before the project (we had to call for the arrival time), it was never provided. Red Flags! Jerry claims he sent it via the Angi app, and that he isn't given any personal contact information. However, he had previously asked for and gotten my personal email. When he first came to give an oral estimate, we liked the crew and agreed that they would install a walkway that matched the pavers of a connecting walkway, remove some trees and a brush pile, and clean the patio. When they arrived to start, we were told they didn't have the matching pavers. When we spoke with Jerry on the phone, it seemed he wasn't entirely sure which job was ours. At this point we cancelled the walkway project but asked him to do the other part of the job. The next thing we knew, the crew was packing up to leave. Jerry took no responsibility for the problems. One star is for the nice crew."

"The home office turned out great! Brent was very easy to work with and flexible/ open to doing the project in phases with some inspiration but not complete direction. I had an idea of what I wanted but Brent brought it to life. We hired Brent to install a desk from counter top and cabinets we purchased. We later had him come back to build in a bench and build in shelving to complete the project. The shelves and the storage/ filing cabinet within the built in bench add extra storage to our condo which is hard to beat. To say I am happy with the result would be an understatement, I love it!"

"Worst experience working with a contractor we have ever had. Lack of communication was astounding. Reached out to start the project on our tiny front lawn in June/July. Didn't start planting until mid October. Was told there were 5 jobs in front of ours. Ignored photos of exactly what we wanted. Finish product is passable at best. Would not recommend."

"Working with Wagner and his team was a wonderful experience. Wagner is extremely communicative (which I have found to be a rare trait with other contractors in this state) and collaborative. He always responded to my calls and emails and his team was very professional and hard working. On our last project, we had a massive roof leak with structural damage. Our insurance company had referred us to another contractor who was unable to do the work properly and gave us a 6 month timeline of completion. I promptly fired that contractor and hired Wagner and his team was able to replace the roof, replace roof joists on the interior, repair and finish all interior work, and rebuild a roof deck in 2 weeks. I couldn't be happier with the results. I would hire Wagner and his team again in a heartbeat."
