"Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."

"They helped a lot with getting through insurance hassles and pushing to get the entire roof repair covered. Once everything got approved there were a couple scheduling conflicts on both sides. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule. There were a few small items left unfinished that took some time to get completed, but they did come out and address everything."

"CoMitted 365 did an amazing job for us. We had storm damage back in August 2021 from a hail storm. We had never filed a claim for insurance for anything and were grateful Mitch was there to help us along the way. When the insurance adjuster came, Mitch made sure to be there as well and pointed out a number of things damaged that otherwise wouldn't have been replaced as I didn't know what to look for.
