Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."

"Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."

We had never filed a claim for insurance for anything and were grateful Mitch was there to help us along the way. When the insurance adjuster came, Mitch made sure to be there as well and pointed out a number of things damaged that otherwise wouldn't have been replaced as I didn't know what to look for. Mitch was extremely responsive throughout the process and was always reachable via phone or text whenever we had questions. The crews that replaced our roof, siding, garage doors, and gutters did superb work- our house looks significantly better than it did even before the storm damage. "We received an estimate for window replacement in our home. Overall we liked the salesman and thought we would go with them until we visited their showroom. The double hung windows there would not stay open to the position they were left in. The person working the area explained that the windows received more cycles (opening and closing) than would be expected in actual usage and they just needed "tweaking". The sashes have a screw type rotary spring system to assist the sash and it looked to me like the system may have been the problem. Anyway, it put us off of Wellington. If your product isn't perfect in your showroom I was afraid of having it in my home."
