"Our experience with Geno's Siding & Roofing Co. was great. Geno responded promptly, and scheduled a visit to look the job over. We had leaks around the windows in our laundry room. Geno advised the windows were fine, which we were glad to hear. He said he could remove the trim, and then install new aluminum casing around the windows. He also said he could install an aluminum sill sloped away from the windows. Russell (the technician) did a fantastic job. The result was better than I imagined it would look. We will definitely be contacting Geno when we need more work done."

"Jerry referred me to David who specializes in doors and windows. David came out to discuss the job and gave me advice about doors to choose and a price. He picked up the doors from the big box store and did a great job with installation. He did some extra work capping the wood frame with vinyl which improved the overall finished looked. I paid for the doors outright and just paid David for labor so I liked that arrangement. There was a slight problem with the door handle bumping up against the new storm so David went out and got me a replacement handle that worked great. Highly recommend for your door project."

"We had to get some stucco done on the home, contacted Anthony Daly, who came out to look at what exactly needed repairing. Once we agreed on the updates, the crew came out to do the work. The workers showed up on time and always cleaned up at the end of their work day. If we had any questions or concerns, Mr. Daly would respond to us as soon as possible. He also kept us up-to-date on any additional cost and would explain the price change. The crew did a wonderful job with the stucco repairs and our exterior improved vastly. After the updates were completed, we received many compliments and people wanted to know who did the work."

Price-wise, Ivan was the most expensive, but the quality or product and experience to work with were worth it. He gave me a quote on the spot, agreeing to email it to me for further consideration. Once chosen, he worked both Saturday and Sunday until the job was complete, even installing little hooks so we can mount Christmas lights on the gutters with the Gutterglove product installed. I would certainly recommend him and use him for future projects if they come up.

The job was delayed due to weather and schedule run overs in jobs before ours, but Hope provided us with regular status updates so we knew when to expect them. "Impriano’s reps were extremely helpful in selecting replacement roofing materials to prevent a roof failure like I had just experienced. They made recommendations for what I needed and explained it in a manner I could understand which was not the case with a different roofing contractor who came to my home to estimate the job. To me, the situation was something of an emergency with winter approaching, and Impriano made scheduling of my roof a priority. Workers were very professional, punctual, and took great care not to impact the adjacent townhouse properties. Workers kept me informed of how work was progressing. They took photos at various stages so I could see the work being done; the photos of the completed job confirmed that my existing gutter guards, etc., had been secured. They were very attentive to small details. For example, they pointed out that the nails used on an existing metal cover between my house and my adjoining neighbor were silver while the cover was brown. Although the roof is 3 stories high, they decided to use brown coated nails so the nails would blend with the cover. At the completion of the job, they cleaned everything up and used a metal detector to locate errant nails on my driveway."

"When we first met with Lew Merryfield, our home was a disaster.  Smoke and intense heat had made it necessary to completely gut and restore our home.  It was a time of great despair and confusion.  Lew was very reassuring that his company would be able to handle to assignment and allow us to return to a home that was better than ever, and agreed to bid the job in the format requested.
After the contract was signed the Merryfield Construction Group was very active, and progress was made every week.  We opted to hire our own subcontractors for plumbing and HVAC, and an electrical contractor recommended by the provider.  The provider and their staff worked well with the other contractors and were communicative with us during the process.  A promise to never abandon working on our home for any significant period of time was kept.  Building options and recommendations were presented at appropriate times and were appreciated.  Lew and his brother George worked with us to solve problems that arose and we always felt like it was a partnership and that they took great pride in their work.  Additional work outside the original contract and work change orders were appropriate and reasonably priced.
The fire was one week before Christmas in 2013, and we were able to move back in late October 2014.  Although this time frame was slightly outside of the original estimate, it was not considered unreasonable given the nature of the work and the change orders. After we moved in, the provider has done a nice job on following up any problem areas and punch list items.
We are very happy with our "new" home and are confident that the provider will continue to stand behind the work.  The overall job turned out much better than we could have expected.  Lew and George Merryfield, and their staff, particularly Tom Ferry, Sean, and Scott, were always respectful and friendly, and took obvious pride in their crafts.  In conclusion, we are glad we selected Merryfield Construction Group and would not hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them to others."
