"Andrew and his team did a great job. From the beginning, Andrew provided a detailed estimate for review and gave me as much information as possible up front before making my decision. The other contractors would only give me ballpark numbers. Andrew's estimate included a breakdown of what each activity would cost and why. Andrew was extremely responsive during the entire remodel and proactively communicated with me, even as I was on the other side of the country. He sent me update photos on a regular basis, which was really appreciated. Overall, I was satisfied and I would hire Andrew again for a future project. I am very happy with how the project turned out and I felt that he took the time to ensure I was comfortable with the work being performed and understood the different steps."

"Pablo and his crew were great. They showed up on time every day and Pablo was very responsive in regards to any concerns, and he came back out the same day we contacted him to fix a small concern we had with the drywall around the tub at no additional charge. Everyone was extremely friendly to interact with. Pablo even offered us some of the pizza that he and his crew ordered for lunch! The only (minor) complaint I would have are that he and his crew could have done a better job cleaning up some of the drywall dust, but it was a large job and none of our floors were finished anyways. There was also an initial disagreement on the extra cost after we expanded a bathroom and made a closet larger, but after Pablo looked over his initial measurements he came back with a much more reasonable number. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Pablo again for a drywall job, as the work was very good at a very reasonable price. Even the guys who came out to finish our hardwood floors commented on how good the drywall work was!"

"I had a single fluorescent light replaced with multiple recessed lights around the kitchen and pendent lights above the island. Ira did a great job and I would use him again for other electrical work. His work was very professional, carefully planned, and he was skillful and patient in performing the work. You never know what you encounter when you work above the ceiling drywall on an exiting house so these qualities were very important for completing the work."
