"Dave Hicks of Precision Custom Millwork is a gem among contractors. Working with him on my new countertop project was an absolute pleasure. Dave responds promptly, shows up on time, keeps his word, is incredibly honest (returned an overpayment) and is a true craftsman, evident in his precision work, suggestions and attention to detail. Furthermore, he responded immediately to fix a very minor caulking issue after the project was completed. My preference would have been to install a natural stone countertop, but as a renter it was out of the question. Laminate has come such a long way since the 1950’s banana yellow and red boomerang pattern. Today’s stone patterns are amazingly realistic and laminate is so easy to maintain. I’m thrilled with the outcome! Thank you Dave for doing such an outstanding job! I cannot recommend you and your company highly enough and look forward to the possibility of working with you again on a furniture refinishing project. "

"Awesome! I worked with Ed at Main Line Kitchens to design our kitchen during a very stressful whole house renovation / expansion. To say he worked with me is an understatement. Ed might just have earned his counselor credentials as he guided me through some uncertainties, even calling me late one night from home after receiving a distressed email about a decision I was making. He ultimately helped steer me towards a cabinet line that fit my desired look, features, timeline, and budget and helped me see the pros and cons of the choices made along the way. He never pressured me and was able to accommodate a seemingly impossible timeline. He even came out to measure twice without complaint when my contractors weren't ready the first time -- not at all his fault -- but he was gracious and kind and took it in stride. Ed was personable and easy to work with and I never felt like a number in his book. When we received our cabinets I wasn't happy with a couple doors (normal issues you would anticipate with a large order and a perfectionist on the receiving end) Ed worked with the vendor and had them replaced and shipped immediately to me and the job wasn't delayed. The vendor even called direct to ensure I was happy with the replacements. It is clear MLK has a strong reputation with their suppliers. Ed was quick with recommendations for other vendors when I needed materials fast for flooring, countertops, etc. and all the other vendors knew and respected Main Line and Ed. Our new kitchen is truly the center of our home and we have Ed to thank for bringing it all together. I would recommend Ed and MLK to anyone in need of kitchen design services and cabinetry. In fact, I already have. I did my due diligence and shopped around and was very happy with the competitive pricing that came along with the white glove service and hand holding I received through this process. The expertise from the team at Main Line can't be matched. If you have a chance to work with Ed, know you will be working with a great person who genuinely loves what he does, and in the end, that passion will show through in your kitchen design."

"We used to love this service and gave them glowing reviews on Google in the past, but something has changed. Their customer service sucks, they don't apologize, don't call back etc. We had a hot water heater installed 2 years ago. It is still under warranty. Yesterday, 11/9/25, it broke and started leaking badly - still under a warranty from them. A.J. Perri advertises as they are 24/7 company, but they would not come yesterday and would promise us that first thing this morning, at 8 am, they would be knocking on the door. They never came, never called and never apologized. In fact, they have an attitude for misleading us and at 10 am mo one is here. The technician (do they only have 1 technician?) Is over 1 5 h away at another job. Customer service sucks with them really badly and now I feel as because we called them and voiced our dissatisfaction, no one will reach out to us or help us, while we are covered by their warranty. We had to pay for another service last night to pump"
