"Our front entry steps were cracked and pulling from house. In addition they were originally installed with a bad pitch, water flowed toward home. Derek from sun Viking came to my home for the estimate and after having 3 other estimates Derek was the only contractor who actually identified the actual problem and explained to me that simply veneering the steps would not correct it. I hired Sun Viking primarily due to Derek's knowledge and although the price was more than we budgeted for we went for it (We budgeted $6500 for the job). WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!! This company exceeded my expectations by doing the little things like pouring footers and rebuilding the steps from the ground up they also installed conduit line for adding step lighting or landscape lights to the homes front later on. His employees were punctual and polite. They explained things to me if I had questions as the job progressed. The finished product is just stunning and we have already received compliments from neighbors. Thank You Derek and the Sun Viking team!!!"

"We have a 3 storey house and the team at Brite Idea came out and put up the lights on the house. They had to come out a second day with a longer ladder to finish up but the end job was worth the wait. We did the lights around the bushes which balanced the others beautifully. We agreed to a 3 year contract which suits us since we love having the house lit up for the holidays. I'm sure we'll continue as long as we live here."

"I recently had the pleasure of hiring Medinas company to install sod, put down mulch, and trim trees, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. From the moment they arrived, the team displayed a high level of professionalism. They were punctual, well-prepared, and had all the necessary equipment and materials for the job. Their attention to detail was impressive, and it was clear that they took pride in their work. Not only did they complete the project in a timely manner, but they also maintained a clean and organized work area throughout the process. They worked efficiently without compromising the quality of their work, and the end result was fantastic. One aspect that particularly impressed me was their pricing. The landscaping company provided a fair and competitive quote, and there were no hidden fees or surprises along the way. They were transparent about the costs from the beginning, which made the entire experience stress-free. I would wholeheartedly recommend this landscaping company to anyone looking for professional and reliable landscaping services. Their commitment to excellence, timely completion of the job, and fair pricing make them a top choice. I am extremely satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future."

"Jeff transplanted those existing plants throughout our property and designed and installed a beautiful bed in our back yard."

"Phil(owner) is as good as it gets. Old-school quality work/care, put into the job. Needed, or "thought"we needed more amps -added to our 100a service Because of "flickering" lights throughout the home. Nope. We were only told this by 3 other electricians. Phil, came out, and gave me the HONEST scoop -on what was really wrong: just a freshening up, of all of the hardware, connectors, and corrosion, that had built up, on the service over the years. Very reasonable, and very reliable. I can't say enough. Integrity, means everything to me, as a consumer/man. Phillip, is as good as it gets. If you want an honest electrician. Job performed: upgraded ALL components/parts of our 100A service/panel."

"Originally hired Nick and the Creative Pavers team several years ago to design and install a complete backyard hardscape/landscape package including a paver patio, walkway, steps, lighting, wood deck, and fire pit.  At the time they were not active on Angie's List, so consider this a review of my entire relationship with them now and going back 5 years or so.  I can't begin to say enough about how great they have been.  Their original design and installation was exceptional, and they're follow-up and diligence to meeting they're original schedule commitment was great.  I was so pleased, I bought them back again several months later for another smaller job building a retaining wall and planter in my front yard.

Since those originals installs I have called them back twice for some minor maintenance and settling repairs.  Should point out the repairs were not needed due to poor quality of work, and were nothing more than the typical wear and tear/weather/settling issues you'd expect after 5 years.  Nick and Jack have consistently provided the same level of outstanding service and follow-up throughout our entire relationship.  Relationship is the operative word here, they are most definitely not your typical "here today, gone tomorrow" contractor.  They truly care about their customers and reputations and it shows in every interaction.  I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a hardscape/landscape project.

"Michael and his crew did a very professional job on the new electric service and new electrical panel.  They paid attention to the little details that made the installation look good.   He also gave us much better price than a few of our other quotes.  Planning to use him again if needed."

"I was having problems with the installation of a Rind camera door bell. I talked to ring and the recommended Hello Tech to help me finsh the installation. They contacted me and came to the house the very next day . The technician was extremely helpfull and installed a jump wire so my exixting door bell wound be compatable with the Ring system"

"I purchased the Angie's List deal of four hours of Handyman's services for $99.
It took a while to schedule, firstly, because it was mainly outdoor work, and when we couldn't find a date in the fall, I waited until the spring. After that, the company was very unresponsive when I tried to arrange an appointment. At one point, I offered a three week window when he could pick his four hours and didn't hear from him.
I thought someone would come by ahead of time to discuss what I was looking for, maybe give me an idea of what the time frame would be for the various tasks. But I was only asked for a description of the jobs over the phone. On the scheduled morning, the company still wasn't sure what I was asking or even if they needed a ladder. (They eventually borrowed mine).
The concrete patching started cracking within days of the job. I called the company about this, but they didn't get back to me.
The carpentry work was sufficient, but  the work didn't allow my door to close. The workers were in their truck and about to leave when I noticed this.
They didn't bother to cleanup the sawdust.
I don't know why Finished Edge wants to be on Angie's List, much less offer special deals, when the follow up with such mediacre work.
