"Charles and Tara are great people to work with. Charles and his crew did a great and timely install of our 6' vinyl fence. The only criticism I can make is I wish the clean up would have been better. I've been finding big chunks of concrete and pieces of metal all over the yard from the chain link fence they removed. Overall it was a great job!"

"It went great. From first contact with company in scheduling an estimate to the end result I was treated great. When they came out to take measurements, I was shown the product I was interested in and was told everything that would be done when they installed the fence. When I decided to use Straightforward Fence co INC, I was told how they scheduled their installations around inclement weather and it ended up that I didn't have to wait long at all. "They did a good job, their pricing was very competitive and they were right on time, they came when they had to come, they did some extra but did not charge me for it, and they put the fence in and I had no problems with the location, they are very knowledgeable and the clean up was excellent, there was no debris left after their work, and they walked me though the project to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. They also do other works, so I was considering hiring them again in the future for my roofing. My neighbor saw my fence and they going to hire Carl again for their fence as well."

"Fast, straight forward, chain link fence install"

"Found Tom on Angie's List and called him for an estimate to fence in a large portion of our back yard. The yard is surrounded by many large trees and we discussed extensively the best way to run the fence. We liked his suggestions and thought his price was very reasonable. He said he would make all the necessary calls to have underground wires marked which had to be done before any digging could take place. We did have to wait over a month from the time of hire until he was able to do the job. I did get impatient waiting for the job to get done and when I sent an email expressing my frustration, he explained that he was backed up because of weather and he did the jobs in the order he got them. I suspect Tom is not a great communicator but that man can sure build a fence! - we are absolutely thrilled with the job - the design and layout he came up with really enhanced our property. Once he got started, my husband and I were amazed how quickly and efficiently he installed the fence - it was completely done in less than 2 days - and it was done by Tom and one helper. I would not hesitate to recommend Lucas fencing and would definitely use him again.

"Montco Fence did a great job. The installers were very professional and did exceptional work. The office staff is terrible, they didn't bother to call when they needed to reschedule due to weather and whenever I called they wouldn't call back. But don't let the lousy office deter you, the installers and quality of the work were well worth the hassle. I had a minor issue with the gates and (once I spoke to the office) the installers returned within 24 hours and fixed the issue."

"Work quality is good, but the fence is in the wrong spot. The sales representative and workmen were very thorough and friendly. On the day of the installation, I was given three separate messages; that the fence couldnt be placed, that the fence could be placed if alterations were made, and that the fence could be placed if the workmen rented a tool from Home Depot (2 miles away). I agreed to pay extra for the tool rental. I found out later that the fence was placed between 3 and 4 feet from my rear property line and the extra tool was not rented. I was given a quote to move the fence, but when I had the money to pay for the work, I was told that the company no longer serves my area. I am required by my township to maintain the 200-300 square feet that is isolated on the opposite side of the fence, so I will have to pay someone else a much higher rate to move it."
