Ethan, the project manager scheduled the team and the work began. They arrived on the date and time that was agreed and completed the work as they promised. "I needed some shingles replaced on my roof, so I requested assistance from Home Advisor. Economy Restoration was one of the first companies to respond. Matt Montgomery came to my house to check the roof and informed me that because so many shingles were missing, they would recommend a full roof replacement. Matt was quite sure that my homeowner s insurance would cover it. He communicated with my insurance company and I had a brand new roof about a week or so later! The job only took a few hours-from removal of the old roof to installation of the new roof.I only paid the deductible, which the company gave me a break on, and I referred 3 others who also got new roofs this summer. We are all very happy with Economy Restoration s work. The crews worked fast and did a wonderful job for all. Matt made the process so simple, he was responsive to any questions, and very personable! "The experience of having a roof installed on a home that is attached to a neighbor has all the pitfalls that could negatively affect your relationship with your neighbor. As well as affecting the other neighbors because parking is at a premium at this city location. Paddys eliminated those pitfalls by performing in such an efficient manner that the work performed was accomplished in a single day minimizing the pain to our neighbors. As for the quality of the workmanship, Joses crew was as professional as they come. They were polite and responsive to my requests. Also Brian the QC inspector was professional in performing his oversite to ensure me that my neighbors home was as good or better than when the roof work was started. Matt the project manager was quick to respond to whatever I asked of them. These individuals demonstrated Paddys customer-focused culture and professionalism in all aspects of their job, be it workmanship, communication, or customer service. "Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

"To my surprise, Hamilton answered my first ring on a Friday night and the job was completed 24h later. Excellent responsiveness and professionalism, reasonable price, good craftsmanship. Patched a 2ft wide sinkhole diligently before sealcoating. Time will tell how well the patch and coating hold up, but I am optimistic."
