They had to rent a back hoe to dig to the pipes. They fixed my drain field problems, removed roots from my tanks, installed a riser on my tank and installed a filter. These guys were very nice. They explained everything to me and didn't mind my never ending questions. They were extremely thorough. I have had my tank pumped several times over the years.
