For example, when he built my stairs for my back porch, I told him they were only going to be temporary, but he explained to me, no matter if it’s temporary or permanent, safety is the main Priority. He also built them to my specifications with only a 5 inch rise instead of the standard 7 inch rise, which makes it much easier for me to be able to get up and down my steps. He and his team also did my vaulted ceilings, all my window frames, baseboards and anywhere else that needed trim work, etc. excellent excellent work."

We finally decided to remodel our home. We received about 4 or 5 quotes from various siding companies. They all had their stories to tell about what they could do for us and what it would cost us. We decided to go with Mark Belto and Alamo Exteriors. Mark explained in great detail the process by which they would install the new windows, siding, and our new screened-in patio. He wasn?t the least expensive, but he wasn?t the most either. Mark was always very polite, informative, and always accessible. He came by the house regularly to check on the progress and would call us to keep us informed of the progress. He has a keen eye for detail and always made sure our requests were dealt with, and always with a sense of urgency. "FRS was referred by a friend who had great experience already. Geronimo came with several crew members, working at our tile roof, which was damaged by tree limbs and storm waters) others working in Garage and Utility room. Geronimo (owner)himself climbed the tile roof many times, to advise and direct his workers, to make sure the repair of the valley and tiles were done correctly since the design of that gable/ valley is a delicate design area, as well. Geronimo demonstrated great knowledge, his work being precise and reliable, besides a very nice guy to work with. Same for ceiling repairs and paintings of the room and garage.He handled the Insurance part as well! I was very happy with his work!"
