"I used National twice, on two separate moves. The service ad value in and out of Arizona was fabulous. Harry and his team at Premier Van and Storage was the local partner of National. Everything was well coordinated ad communicated, My move to and from Oregon were not so good. The communication was poor, and the van driver who picked up our stuff in Minnesota worked alone for much of the time, leaving our house at 10:30pm. Overall, we got our things on time and with little breakage. I would use National again and recommend them."

You keep raising our goals so we bring the company in more money but no matter what we still make the same amount. If our goal is 30k and we hit 100% to goal we still make the same amount as if our goal is 50k and hit 100% to goal. We are working harder and bringing in the company more money but are not making more. It is not motivating.

I would consider the cost of the move fair as it was booked a few weeks out. The only two issues I had were that the movers arrived a day later than I requested. Because of this, I had to stay in a hotel. Also, my boxspring arrived with a hole in it. Basic insurance was included in the cost of my move and customer service kindly expedited payment to me. I have hired other companies for long distance moves in the past and out of all of them, I had the best experience with Moving APT."
