"Unfortunately, I needed an HVAC company to fix my AC during a heat wave. Most companies were 5+ days out before they could even diagnose our problem. Called 3 highly visible companies, from their marketing, who said they wouldn't even work on our unit. I went with a referral from a neighbor, mistake. This company took a week to get to us then the tech went MIA for 5 days with no contact when he said he would be back tomorrow with parts. Won't mention their name as there could have been multiple uncontrollable reasons why. I then did a lot of research on different companies across multiple review websites (including Angies) and Excel Air stood out. Once I spoke to the office staff, great experience, they had a tech out to our home in 2 days with our problem diagnosed. Our tech's name was Lucas who was efficient with his time, talked me through what was going on and gave us our estimate which we were happy to move forward with. Lucas fixed our problem in under 20 minutes. Me being me, I watched each step and saw the quality work. He even put in a fuse to ensure the same problem didn't happen again to our transformer. Once he fixed everything and got our new thermostat power, our AC has been working perfectly ever since. I'm now a really big supporter of Excel Air. Their office staff worked with our insurance company after hours and actually updated us (what company does this these days) the entire way. I can't tell you how impressed I was from their office, Lucas and most of all their successful resolution of our problems with our AC. Thank you Excel Air!"

"We were impressed with Jason’s presentation of the Mitsubishi system, and we really appreciated learning about the HERO program from him. We got a good estimate,ate for the work but were planning to do our roof repair first with adding solar and thought we would do this job after. Things worked out with that Jason got our work scheduled and done BEFORE the roof/solar which worked out because in Sept/Oct we still had some hot days, Thie crew was professional and extremely hard working, and poor guys, in hot weather, sweating in our attic/crawl space. Which they left with improvements! The system was up and running (2 downstairs units, 4 upstairs) in 6 working days. After a week we did have a problem, nothing worked and they came out promptly to troubleshoot, ordered new circuit board and installed as soon as it arrived. Been running fine since then, and this is also heating so I am looking forward to heating with solar instead of gas."

"I had a brand new water heater installed 5 months ago. It began leaking on Saturday night just as I had a house full of guests staying for the weekend. Disaster! The good old boy plumber that installed it has refused to return phone calls and text messages. Gone. Didnâ t care. . So I was stuck with calling someone who I didnâ t know and get them to do a replacement on Sunday morning. Over a dozen plumbing companies declined. Fortunately I found this company. "First, I called Vista Plumbing for an estimate. Ray, the plumber, listened to our concerns and explained what he could do to help with the rattling problem with the pipes and the hot/cold situation in the shower.  He gave me a number for the part needed (under warranty) and asked me to call when the part was received.  Next, when the part was delivered, a time was arranged and Vista Plumbing was here within the week.  In one day the water pipes were clamped and the shower faucet was replaced.  Now, everything concerning the water pipes are good.

I was happy with the service, the knowledge, the expertise, the punctuality, and the kindness.  In the beginning, he spent a lot of time listening to our concerns and answering our questions.  In the end, I received a clean, professional job.  I would recommend Vista Plumbing to my friends and family.

I also would like to mention the woman who answers the telephone and makes the appointments.  She was wonderful and helpful, very upbeat.  It was a pleasant experience talking with her."
