"I contacted them to do the work and they were able to send out an estimator the next day. He arrived on time and looked at the area I indicated, but did not climb up to look in any detail. He was able to get a work crew out that afternoon who also came and looked at the areas I indicated, but they did not climb up to look in detail either. They went out and bought some of the wood and used it to go as far as they could, but when they finished with that, they said I need to call the estimator to give me another estimate on the rest of the work. I did so and he contacted the work crew and called me back with another estimate for the rest and was able to get the crew out the next day to finish the job. <br /> I didn't pitch much fuss about having to get two separate estimates because I discovered the bad wood as I was trying to prepare my house for house painters who were scheduled to start at the same time. I was more concerned about getting it done quickly. <br /> However, I feel that if they had climbed up to inspect the bad wood prior to going out and buying replacement boards, the job could have been completed in one day for less money. <br /> Other than this, the end result was good. <br />"
