"<p>Mr. Letendre had done work for me before, so I contacted him through email. He responded the next day. I told him what the problem was and he gave me a couple solutions. Since I didn't want it to continue cracking and pealing, he suggested just rehanging the drywall. The ceilings had previously been textured. We removed it and just painted them. He said the texture leaves a film which causes the paint to eventually crack and peal. We decided to have the drywall rehung. He asked us is it was ok to hang the drywall over the exisiting sheetrock or did we want them to remove it. After personally experiencing a ceiling being removed and the amount of work and mess involved, we told him to go right over it. He and an assistant arrived the next day. He arrived on time, I didn't, I was 8 minutes late. They were patiently waiting for me and had all their eqiuipment staged and were ready to get to work. <br /> During the job, one of the pieces of drywall was cut wrong. It could have been pieced in, mudded over, painted and no one would have noticed. Ron instead chose to drive to Lowes and purchase a new piece so it would meet his expectations. While he was gone I had the opportunity to talk to his assistant and he told me what a perfectionist Ron was and how high his expectations were. <br /> We'd been doing some work throughout the house. While Ron was working in the bathroom and when he went to one of the other bedrooms, he saw some areas that needed mudded. So, on his own, with no prompting from myself, he mudded them and did a much better job then I could ever do. It wasn't part of our agreement, he just saw it needed to be done and he did it. That's just one of the things that makes this guy so good.</p> At the end of the day, when everything was done, he cleaned up and put everything away. I told him that if I lived somewhere else, I would pay to have hime come and do the work. He is that good. He's on time, realiable, no drugs or alcohol, and he charges a fair price. <br />"
