Roger came out the next day and gave a quote for replacing the gear and also for changing the motor.This time again I was impressed with Roger's professionalism and knowledge. The only reason I didn't get the work done with them is because I later realized that the repair may be covered under my home warranty, which it was. Since I was not expecting to pay so much I explained to Roger that I was going to try and see if my home warranty would cover it. He was totally cool and understanding, which I appreciated since I felt bad for making him come out. "I do not write many reviews because we use so many providers. However, Bill from C&J Fence really stands out. I did not use this company initially and had lots of other companies look at my gates. But However, most of the companies just wanted to replace all of my gates instead of repairing/altering them. Bill is very reasonably priced and does high quality work. The only drawback is that he is so popular that he is backed up for months. We need new fencing and some fence moved. I will not make the same mistake twice. I am going to wait a couple of months for Bill and his son to do it. Highly recommend!"
