"Initially we called Protecta Roofing to get our roof inspected. Even though we currently did not have leak issues we thought it wise to have the roof inspected as the ceramic tiles were close to 30 years old. Mario was prompt in responding and coming out to inspect. We were informed of 10 broken tiles. Our decision was to have the tiles replaced and power wash the roof to remove algae which included applying an organic sealant product. After a couple weeks of failed attempts to obtain an estimate from Mario I was in touch with Edith, the company sales manager. From then on the communication and process went smoothly. Edith and crew were a delight to work with. Her knowledge of the work to be done and concern for my satisfaction were impressive. In addition to repairing the broken tiles, our solar panels were cleaned along with painting the pipe flashings. Because everything looked so clean we decided to have Protecta power wash our driveway and side walkways, which are also cleaned with the organic algae solution. The work done was outstanding!"

"It was a pleasure working with Leon and Crown Roofing. Our tile roof is 28 years old and had developed a couple of leaks. Crown removed the tiles and replaced the underlayment. They are very competitive on pricing. Everything was included in his price, including any damaged wood that they might find when they removed the tiles. Other contractors charged additional for any unseen damage. His crew was always on time, were professional, did the project in a timely manner and a very good job of cleanup at the end of each day. "Sept. 2024. We own a single story 2150 square feet home in Yorbe Linda. The spanisch tile roof is now 35 years old and it was leaking in one spot. ,We decided to replace all the underlying tar paper for the whole roof. We got four estimates, One was very close to California Roof experts, and two's costs 20% more. California Roof experts was the only company that offered a 20-year warranty on their work. They use a new superstrong woven silicone roofing paper to give this guarantee. Plus they were the only one that would reset the tiles on commercial wood strips to hold the tile in place. The wood strips have 3/8" thick rubber pads that will the water, if any, to allow to run under the strips. They did reuse the sheet metal that is places at the low point of two sided (gulley). I was skeptical of the sheet metals condition and I had Arthuro bring the sheet metal down for inspection and they showed no rust spots. I did however have Arthuro hammer flat some protruding sheet metal spots where the previous nails were so as not to cut the thin woven silicone paper. Also, we insisted on using city inspection, for which we paid, $330, Once the roofers started, they had always a full crew on the job, and we never had to call them up or prod them. Each evening, they cleaned up around the house before the left. There was no request for additional tiles, cement or any other item. Once the job was completed, it passed city inspection the first time. We are very satisfied with the company, their management, and their workers. Gunter H. Sanders"

"They were on time and went to work right away. Very friendly hard workers.. They were all done by the end of the first day. I had four groups to chose from, the first one so expensive, I new I had to keep looking, the next had a few reasons why they were unable to keep the appointment, Then came Zenith Roofing, Brian was the only one who wanted me to check out my homeowners insurance first. I found out that the repair would be covered.. Brian gave me the repair cost, well within range. Then I asked what would it be to replace the whole roof?
