"Exceeded expectations on removing blown in insulation, removed and disposed of fiberglass wall insulation and helped remove sheet rock and blown-in insulation in walls which was not in my understanding of the contract!"

"The owner of the company did my estimate, and was wonderful in explaining things, and at no point did I feel I was being up sold or steered in any direction. The two installers were pleasant, quiet, worked clean and quickly. They left the house as clean as it had been when they arrived, and I am already appreciating a change in the air temperature in my upstairs. I would completely recommend Superior Insulation."

"Came in on time and in budget. Great job"

"These guys did a great job for a fair price. Very friendly and professional. I’d highly recommend them! Thanks CNY Insulation!"

"My only problem was that the salesman promised parts of the install that weren't in keeping with how the roof was actually installed. (i.e. said would that if temps. were below 40 degrees, the shingles would be kept in a heated van then installed with extra sealant and use of a heat gun) I would wish that the salesmen would know how the work is actually done and not give customer assurances that are not going to be carried through."

"Kevin is an absolute pro...would hire him again in a second."

"This review began a few days ago as totally negative. I'm not going to rehash the whole thing. A manager named Zoryan saw to it that the company honored their original commitment to provide gutters as part of the roof install and the job is complete. Pewter roof with white seamless gutters...looks wonderful and it's a definite improvement from out crapped out old roof. Always a good thing when a business (or at least Zoryan's stake in the business) has integrity."

"This was our second encounter after our initial estimate Patrick couldnâ t have explained the project any better of the plan to add blown in insulation. Great experience Patrick & his helper carter were efficient, friendly, they showed us pictures of the finished project. They were cleaned up everything as if they were never there. I would highly recommend this company"

"First class operation all the way. Miles and Caleb were polite, personable and prompt. They had a very hard time disassembling the old boiler but were persistent and ultimately successful. They then made sure the new boiler was installed and working, even though that made for a very long day on their part. We are completely satisfied with the new boiler and their performance getting rid of the old one and installing the new one. We now have heat which is very welcome!"
