"Edwin was very professional and helpful. He explained things well and was very friendly. He worked very hard and well into the night to finish the job in one day. The salesman on the other hand, though friendly and efficient when he came to our house, left out the fact that the quarter round would not be varnished to match the molding and the floor . This leaves us with more work to do and therefore further expenses. We felt that this should have been included. Also, communication on the part of the salesman was lacking. He didn't leave a business card with us, and didn't call us to give us a heads up as to when the pros would be arriving. I had to call Customer service myself. And then, when I called, I got an answering machine 3 times. But the pros seemed to do a good job!"

"We decided to replace the tired carpet in our condo. United Carpet was our second stop in search of solid vinyl wood plank flooring. We were fortunate to meet Art McLeod, who showed us a vast array of options, We settled on Karndeen and found one we though would go well next to the existing parquet wood flooring in the rest of the condo. He urged us to take a sample home, and we were glad he did, for our sense of the color match was way off. When we returned he shows us what he thought would work. He "right" sold us, (others had tried to get us to take a more expensive product than we needed or wanted) offering us a product a bit less expensive than what we picked, but he assured us it was of equal quality and better for our application, over a concrete floor (we live an a converted 1903 schoolhouse). His selection was right on the money. He kept us apprised of the order and delivery dates and set up an install date based on our availability. His install crew, Jim and Bob arrived on time, calling ahead. Unfortunately they discovered the concrete under the carpet had heaves and cracks and would require leveling. They were craftsmen and did the job carefully and completely. A one day install dragging into four days, but we didn't mind, because we knew the job would be done well and right. They went out of their way to accommodate us in timing of arrival, and always kept us apprised of any need for them to briefly engage in a repair or other activity. They were not going to leave until the job was done perfectly, and they held to that promise. They were pleasant, respectful, and a pleasure to have in our home. We are thrilled with the product, with the installation and our entire experience with United Carpet has been excellent. We cannot recommend them highly enough."

"I highly recommend CRPRADO LLC for flooring installation! They did an amazing job installing my black laminate hardwood floors, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The floors look beautiful and completely transformed the space. The attention to detail was excellent, the installation was done professionally, and they made sure everything was finished neatly and correctly. They were reliable, hardworking, and took pride in their work from start to finish. If you’re looking for someone who does quality work and cares about the final result, I definitely recommend CRPRADO LLC. I’m very pleased with my new floors and would absolutely use them again for future projects!"

"Excellent workmanship! Very diligent and worked extra long hours even on the weekend to finish the job on time. We are so pleased with our new deck and would recommend Sean to anyone else who is looking into having a deck installed or replaced."

"From start to finish Communication was 👌 promptness was👌 all Material was provided! Workers did a great job! Very professional! Quote was giving the same day! Actually he was the one that did exactly what he said he would! Which is very hard for us homeowners to find!"

"Ben and his team were incredible, did an excellent job and made sure to provide updates throughout. Absolutely recommend for any flooring jobs!!"

"They were the only ones that provided a detailed description of the materials and work to be done. A lot of contractors in Rochester are very loose with invoices and contracts…"

"Responded very quickly. Would not quite until the problem was identified and solved."
