To start, they took the bull by the horns and managed the entire project.  Including managing the pool, which was installed by Liverpool Pool & Spa(LPS).  They worked with LPS to set up start and finish dates, the install itself, the exact position, size, layout, and elevation of the pool! My wife and I didn't have to do a thing! <br /> After the pool was installed and up and running, Gasparini Landscaping then moved in to do the rest! The patio was graded and installed, we love Edwin! The firepit and sitting wall were done at the same time.  After that portion was completed, they moved onto the large boulder walls and landscaping.  Then came the lighting, which is one of my favorite parts, would highly recommend lighting any landscaping project. <br /> After all of that, the landscaping, the yard, and the fencing went in! "We had eleven new windows installed in our home to replace older, less energy efficient windows. The new windows are of good quality; we are quite pleased with them. Later in the year, the outer pane of one double glazed window cracked when a hawk flew into it. Alside replaced the window sash promptly. <br />"

"The job was fairly complicated, as it was above a garage, and I had a roofer remove the peaked roof from the garage and install a flat roof. Gino knew that the garage structure itself wouldn't support a heavier composite deck, so he coordinated with the roofer to set the posts for the deck in concrete inside the garage, and run them up through the flat roof as it was being built, so that the rubber roofing could be sealed around them. He also planned out the deck in such a way so that we can later extended it farther out, over to the house. Gino guided me through the process of getting the building permit, and gave me all the info I needed for that. Their price was much better than quotes I had obtained from other people, and they did a much better job too."
