They focused on the work and kept a consistent schedule each day. I was anxious at times and Dave was very reassuring and kept me calm lol. I would also note Linda in the office is very sweet to deal with and was very nice about explaining the work when I first made contact and kept me informed via e-mails. She is a good front person for sure. Although it took awhile for the project to take place it was well worth the wait, I love the result! This is a top notch company with a personal touch."

I was told when somebody will get back with you. We don?t do that anymore. However, $15,000 should?ve covered something on a lifetime warranty. They did the job twice initially because they did such a bad job with the first install installation. Very clearly, I?ve gotten no response from the company they act like they don?t know who I am. And they?ve done that since the second installation. "
