He climbed up on the roof, looked around & took pictures. Then he came down and explained what he found. He was knowledgeable, concerned, honest and not at all pushy. I appreciated that he fit me in. The roof looks good. One shingle fell off a few months after the fact and I contacted Matt and within a few days he came out and took care of it.
