We moved into our new house the previous January and still hadn't found time to finish unpacking and organizing a bunch of stuff, a 3-car garage worth of stuff to be exact! "The owner was not present,  At the end of the two hour service I pulled out my check book. They asked for cash, not a check.  This was a problem for me as I wanted a receipt for services and then they said they didn't know anything about a coupon and asked me to call their boss/  I called  Jeff to get him to okay writing a check.  He did.  Later in the day, Jeff called and asked me to verify the coupon.  I was in my car so I told him I would call him back.  He asked me a number of questions like when had I bought it and was I sure I had and who did I talk to.  I told him I think I talked to him about a month ago and that I had booked the time and added a truck which he said would be $80.00 which was not on the coupon.  I agreed.  I had booked the time on Sept 16, 2015 and ordered the in Dec 2015 .  He said, he need me to send the proof of the coupon and still driving I said I would.I did.  When I spoke to him after returning home, he couldn't identify the coupon by the identification number....and still asked me to text him a copy.  I don't think his accounting system is working. I photographed the coupon and sent it by text. <br />   I would not recommmend this company.  As I said, the worker Jesus was fast and motivated.  One asked me to use the bathroom in our home and the other asked me to wash his hands after the move.  They did the job but the attitude and the request for cash seemed our of the ordinary. <br /> Karalee Kiser <br />"

"We had purchased a home that we intended to remodel and live in, but that did not work out, so we needed to resell it.  This house was in pretty bad shape, so there were about 100 things that we fixed and or updated. <br /> Once that was finished, we wanted to make sure the house would sell fast. "Lisa and Lenny were such a pleasure to work with. We staged a master bedroom, master bathroom, living room, family room, dining room kithcne, and breakfast nook in a vacant house. Lisa responded to my request for a quote in one day and was able to meet at the house on short notice. Lenny sent the quote over that evening and quickly responded to my questions about it. Their price was quite a bit higher than another stager I got a quote from, but Lisa was so much more attentive during their walkthrough, taking pictures and talking to me about what needed to be done and answering questions about what we should do in the rooms we were not staging, whereas the other stager barely said a word, walked around for 5 minutes and was done. Lisa and Lenny told me which rooms were fine to leave empty and didn't try to sell me additional room staging I wouldn't need. I am so happy we went with them instead of the cheaper option because it was well worth the cost. They did an amazing job and our real estate listing photos looked incredible. They even went to the rooms they weren't being paid to stage and rearranged any items or artwork leftover to make them look more presentable. That was a pleasant, unexpected surprise! Interest in our house the first days on market was crazy high and we got 2 above asking price offers in the first 24 hours of going on the market. I honestly believe the staging had a big part in selling our home so easily and quickly. Our close day also happened on short notice, and Lenny responded to my request to have things moved out hours after I sent it, and scheduled the move less than 2 days later on Sunday! This was our first time selling a home and had reservations about whether staging would be worth it but it definitely was, and we would use them if we ever sell a home again."
