"We hired then to do a fairly involved renovation of our kitchen. Working with Lina and her team was a joy. She helped us to define and then refine the vision were trying to create in our new kitchen. The Scope of work included removing the existing countertop and backsplash. From there they removed and replaced the cabinet doors. After an amazingly through prep process, they painted the cabinets better then new. They installed all new Quartz countertops, along with an incredible backsplash. To complete the project they installed the new appliances and under mount sink. The quality of their work was excellent. They showed up on time and worked long days to insure the project moved forward in a timely manner. Any issues that arose were dealt with in a professional and timely manner as well. I recommend Pdx Custom Woodwork very highly and will use them again on future projects."

"Jeff responded to my call promptly, and was very proactive when scheduling and confirming our appointments. He was able to give me an estimate over the phone after seeing some photos that I emailed him. The work required two visits. During the first visit, he evaluated the repairs, applied epoxy to the cracked /chipped areas, and stabilized the pieces with wood. About a week later, he returned to hone and polish the marble and repaired areas. Some of the epoxy repairs required him to match multiple colors of marble, which he did beautifully. He works with his wife, and they were both very polite and quiet, tented the work area with plastic to protect nearby furnishings, worked very efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. Because there were additional repairs beyond his original quote, we paid $25 more than the price he quoted via email. I felt this was more than fair. We were very happy with the work, and would have them back in the future without a doubt."

"Sorin was great to work with -prompt, professional, and has great tile ideas.  He was able to incorporate some existing tile I had left over from a kitchen remodel and use them in the fireplace design. I have to admit, his suggestions turned out way better than the design ideas I had, and am so happy I went with his suggestions!  His prices are reasonable and consistent with other bids, but I went with Sorin because he showed up right on time for an estimate appointment and followed up with with a phone call within 2 weeks, and this is where other tile contractors failed. "Custom Marble made two vanity tops for me. One single size for the kids' bathroom and one double sink for the master bath. I gave them measurements for the first one and installed it myself. The second one was more complicated so they came to measure and then came back to install. It has been about 8 years now and both still look great! Both product and service were excellent and I am now working on a new project and considering another large vanity top from them again. So I looked them up on the CCB website and was happy to see they are still in business. I highly recommend!"

Mike called us less than 24 hrs. after we'd put in our initially inquiry. The next day he was out measuring. One week later they came out to template and a week after that our countertops were installed! The installers, Matt and Blake, were very respectful, informative and easy to communicate with. In fact, everyone at the company with whom I dealt was. Everyone who came to the house for the various stages of the project arrived on time (if not early), and fully cleaned up after themselves.
