"Jason Kirby and crew did an excellent job, with fine craftsmanship and attention to detail. This job was to replace a stucco and half timber exterior wall on a historic 1920's English Tudor, so that it matched the detailing and craftsmanship to the rest of the house. Jason assembled a highly skilled team. They competed the job on schedule, Jason communicated regularly about status and next steps, and I couldn't be happier with the result (looks original to the house). Jason's fees are very reasonable, and I would recommend him for any job involving masonry, having worked with him in the past on brickwork as well."

"Excellent! The old wooden fence was removed and replaced but we also added a pergola. The installer (Jaime) did a great job and cleaned everything up. He arrived around 7:00 AM and did the job by himself. Very hard worker who was friendly and polite."

From the first contact and continued engagement with Marcelo and his team, we have always felt that they provide proactive communication, transparent assessments/estimates, timely service and proactive follow up. We have not only been impressed by the consistent quality of work performed, but with their customer service over the years. They actively listen to our requests, have been flexible to address our needs, and quick to remedy if any issues arise. They want to get it right just as much as we do. From the build of a decorative stone retaining wall and cobble bed boarders, to design and planning of multiple beds, to weekly maintenance and spring/fall cleanups, and even to sub-contracting of work as needed, we have always been happy with what we get over the years Marcelo and team. We are sticklers about how our landscape looks and so are our partners at Madrona Bros. We are thankful for finding Marcelo, Vincent, Tom and the rest of the team there."

"Once again, Ranieri Construction has gone above and beyond our expectations! We needed to have our inground pool patched and painted, and may I say Andrew (and Lou) did an outstanding job. My husband usually spends time (and $) at the beginning of the season making sure the water stays clean and clear. But patching up all the spots, and then painting the entire pool ensured the pool was so much easier to clean and keep clear on day 1. The improvements also made it easier to maintain the water balance and keep clean. Please consider these folks- they are prompt, detail oriented and very efficient.
