We replaced tile and carpet with engineered hardwood, gutted and remodeled 2 bathrooms, new kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplash and appliances. Updated plumbing and electrical, removed walls, scraped popcorn ceiling added can lighting and painted. The job also included all new solid wood doors throughout, and new trim and molding. "I love my new roof! Jasmin went above and beyond helping me to pick out the right type and color shingles for my house. She personally drove me around the neighborhood and told me what type of shingle and color I was looking at so I could relate to what I was seeing when a shingle was on a roof versus trying to imagine what a small sample on a sample board would look like on a full roof. She even brought over loose shingles for three final types I was trying to decide on and laid them out in blocks on my lawn so I could see how the shingles looked in a large patch. And if that wasn't enough she personally drove with me to a wholesale shingle distributor so I could look at a large supply of shingles. She really understood that it was a big decision for me and I wanted to make sure that I would be happy with the end product. This company offered me the best overall price for my roof job which also included rain gutters and a cricket (which diverts water flow away from the chimney). The crew showed up and helped move things out of my garage so nothing would get broken during the process. They laid down plastic sheeting to collect the debris that would be falling. They cleaned up after the first layer of plywood was laid down."

"Michael has repaired another area roof before this. He's working with me to put off full replacement as long as possible. This leak occurred during spring, became obvious in June. I purchased coupon for $200 for $400 of service. There was a delay in getting the minor repair done as team was tied up with full tear-off replacement for another customer when unexpected rain happened. Repair finally done about 7/23. No notice left that repair was completed. Contacted Michael who checked with individual who did repair. It was confirmed as having been completed.
