"Take away stuff left over from the repairs."

"We were very impressed by the knowledge and expertise of the owner, Rick Lacey. After our first meeting, we were satisfied that he would build a quality deck for a reasonable price. The entire team was professional at every level of my contact with them. From the initial planning, to periodic updates, to the final follow up. I could not have asked for a better experience. The products they use are some of the best in class, and though not cheap, I got exactly what I hoped and paid for - A beautiful, well constructed deck. Will definitely be calling on them for any future needs in this area. My standards are very high and Lacey Carpentry met or exceeded all of them."

"Completed the work quickly and efficiently. Friendly and courteous service. Will consider for future work."

"Excellent. The quote was reasonable, they were prompt and arrived on time and worked until they identified the source of the leak, and provided excellent workmanship in the repair work."

"Excellent work. He was ready to start the work as soon as I hired him. The price was also reasonable. He cut down a tree that was leaning over my house, about to fall, and without damaging my home. Afterwards,he cleaned up the yard. I was happy with the work, and next time I need work done,he already hired."

"He pressure washed it and then painted a stain on it. It looks amazing!!"

"Devin was professional and polite. He responded shortly after I put my job need in. He verified the day and time the night before the day the job was to be done and texted when he was on his way with an ETA. Devin cleaned up and looked like he had never been here. Job well done and good man."

"I hired them to paint my house they washed it thoroughly even cleaned my gutters painted the 2 tones Green & white 2 coats of each then went around carefully checking & touching up things they were not satisfied with . In my opinion I got a perfect job & some repairs that was extra that I didn't know they did . They are excellent carpentars , painters & I also hired them to trim my bushes & tree's. Now we are good friends & they cut my grass on a regular basis. I highly recommend them for any home repairs , additions especially decks & Landscaping. Any type work u need done around your home check with these guys before anyone else . Cost effective as well ."

"Our project was very detailed and difficult. The facade of the home has a semicircular porch with railings and balusters across the roof of the porch. All the balusters had to be replaced (a total of 36). This required precise attention to detail and skill. The task was completed, in our opinion, to perfection. Trim around nine dormers of the house had to be replaced, There were 18 new pilasters that were put on the nine dormers. The look is very appealing and again that project was done with precision. Other more minor repairs were completed very satisfactorily. There are additional projects in need of repair and replacement for which we anticipate that Zenith Home Restoration will be our contractor of choice."
