"This is the third time I have had them out. Everything went fine. The first thing they did was place the outside outlet. They ask where I wanted it I let them make the decision as to where to put it because I wasn't sure where the best place was. After doing the outlet they moved on to the tracing of the lines to the breaker box. They finish that with no trouble. Jason said everything was balance OK. There was only one suggestion he would make concerning one of the breaker may be at capacity. He suggested that if the breaker gives me any trouble to let him know and we could change the load. We also discussed some other outlets I may want to add latter. The whole thing only took under two hours to do and was well worth the cost. I will be call the back in the near future to do some additional work."

"Lee's crew completed the job as expected, and we are very pleased. They showed up early and stayed all day for almost 5 days. Every day they cleaned up, and kept everything as orderly as possible. We had a challenging scaffold setup on one, and his crew erected a large scaffold setup to go over a fence and not hurt a blueberry bush. Lee kept me up to date as he applied for a COVID variance, but then had to wait for PA to go Yellow before he could return to work."

"These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

"Paul and the person answering calls and responding to emails in the office were always timely and punctual. I have found roofers to be the most difficult of the trades and often unreliable. This is most certainly not the case with Hoolahan. Every email and call was returned. Paul was on time for his initial quote, took photos of the problem tiles and showed me the photos from his phone. We initially contracted to just repair bad slate tiles on the house and garage. Then we expanded to also replace all gutters and downspouts. Eventually because we had recently installed a high efficiency boiler and attached hot water tank, we no longer needed our chimneys so we asked that they be cut down to roof level and capped. Finally, we added replacement of a small asphalt porch roof. Paul was communicative on when work would begin. He and his workers arrived when they stated. They worked without loud music and we never heard a foul word from them. In contrast to some other roofers, Paul's workers were all experienced mature men who knew the trade and the craft and carried out the work very well. I have only good things to say about Hoolahan Roofing and would most certainly use them again."

"Metro was recommended by a friend who had the same work done several years ago. My house already had A/C but the upstairs was NEVER cool enough in warm weather and ceiling fans only pushed around hot air. I didn't want ugly window or wall units. My initial call to Metro in the fall of 2017 was promptly answered and within the week, Mark Russell visited my home to provide a quote. He was very courteous, professional, friendly and took the time to explain the installation in detail, answered all questions and addressed my concerns. I opted to have the installation done in February 2018 and then have Metro come back in the spring to actually start up the unit. The day of the install, the men were VERY CLEAN!! I requested that they isolate where the ceiling registers were to be installed by hanging plastic from the ceiling to encompass the work area to keep dirt from flying all over the rooms. They did that as well as wore booties while in the house. Regardless, I still expected to come home to a lot of clean up... surprise! My house was amazingly clean! They set the unit in the attic, installed ductwork to ceiling registers in each upstairs room, a cold-air return in the hall ceiling, the thermostat in the hall, the outside unit on a pad next to the existing unit and ran all lines from attic to outside unit (neatly tucked alongside gutter downspout). As it turned out, the thermostat kept malfunctioning and they discovered they had received a bad batch as mine wasn't the only faulty unit. Mark said that when they came back in the spring for the initial start-up, they'd replace it. Fast forward to May 2018 - Metro returned to replace the thermostat, start up the unit and I am thoroughly enjoying comfortable upstairs temperatures - sleep is actually possible and no more sweating as soon as I get out of the shower! Thanks Mark & Metro, worth every penny!!"
