Needless to say, even though this included the supplies, I did not choose to use Ragsdale for this need. Finally, at least one of the staff in the office was neither interested or seemed to care that Ragsdale was listed with bad information on their listing on Angie's list. Nor did she seem interested in answering questions I had about services. If it were not for a subsequent call to Ragsdale and another office staff person I would not have found the awesome techs of Ragsdale. Seems to be a bit of disconnect between office staff and the techs in the field."
