"I purchase the cabinets, sink and the hardware such as facets, shower heads and the glass shower doors. He took the time to explain things to me and used his professional experience to make recommendations to stare me down the right path. This project was for 2 weeks but it ended up being a 4 weeks. There are a lot of little things in the bathroom that was not done right. I have a mosaic tile with a pattern in it and rather that have the tile line up correctly there are quite a few spots within the tile that  it’s backward. I told them I wanted a white bath and they bought a half white bath.  The wires were not correctly done so a light fixture went out. I was frustrated because I was paying the project manager and they were not managing it properly. They were coming at 11 in the morning and they had to leave to work on someone’s garage door."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

It helped to see them in the bathroom in order to get a better idea of the finished look. Dave, the installer, took pride in his work and made sure that everything was installed to my liking. He consulted with me on the grab bar and shelves to make sure I was happy with the placement. He also took time to answer my questions and provide explanations that made sense. I was highly impressed with how clean he kept the project by putting drop cloths through my house and cleaning up each day before leaving. I am VERY happy with my new shower stall and am amazed at how the panels make the shower look like tile instead!!!
