"Estes has been providing my service for approximately 10 years. Always prompt, courteous and very accommodating. They recently (June 2019) replaced my hot water heater and installed new HVAC system. An awesome crew performed the installation and was very thorough in explaining all of the new components to me. Also the gentleman who came to my home when the unit needed replacing was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and insured that all of my questions and concerns were addressed before he left."

"My water heater was replaces, Scott replace a part in my showerhead in the master bath he also unclog a toilet .I have not seen great service like this in years. Most company now day’s don’t give good customer service.. most companies just want the money but won’t provide that service well. Senior plumber technician Scott, was very respectful explain every detail of the job to me check everything after, very polite I cannot say enough about him like I said. "Jeremy Reel completed the install to perfection. He installed a 50A breaker and the Level 2 Charger. When the car was only charging to 32A he stayed and trouble shot the issue for an extra hour. As it turns out, 32A was the max the car would charge at. I was very satisfied with TE Certified and would recommend them to anyone."

"Rooter ProXpress was cordial, efficient and very professional. I hired them to remove my tank water heater and install a tankless water heater. The plumbing technician came out to evaluate the work to be done. He was very knowledgeable and said I would need an electrician. The electrician came the following day and explained in detail the work he needed to do. The following day both the electrician and the plumbing tech came together and installed the tankless water heater. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. I will use Rooter ProXpress for future projects and highly recommend them."
