I am a jack of trades independent contractor/ handyman with 10+ years experience. I am not a licensed plumber, licensed electrician, or licensed roofer. With that said it's easier to just tell you the things that I don't do. I do not do drain work, I do not replace electrical lines or panel boxes, I do not replace plumbing lines which includes water and gas, and I do not replace roofs. Aside from that I can do everything else, and have the tools to do so.

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

It was an excellent plan/execution and I fully expect to have a dry basement for the life of my home."

"I am one who likes to use the same "people" even if the proce may be a little higher. I oknwith paying for good work and service. Have had great experiences until the last. The repair work on the toilet malfunctioned and I informed them. They were going to come out and do the work that day if time or following week. Which, with the work you did and it is leaking I accepted the potential delay in service. Offered me a "service" call not a fix the work that was done call but hey, it's whatever I'd rather get things done they debate. 20 minutes later I was informed they can't do the work, due to the "area" and can no longer do any work for me ?.? "The above repair work was in-between two unsuccessful clean-out attempts by a company Dillion works with. After the clean-outs did not improve anything, one of the bosses at Dillion came out to survey the situation. He came out on a Friday morning and saw we had no drainage and said he would get back to me that morning. He got back to me late Tuesday morning with an estimate for more clean-out attempts for $275 or removal of part of a brick wall to get to the clogged plumbing to replace the pipes for around $800.00. By that time I had already called a different clean-out service who came out and successfully cleared the clog in one hour for $123.00. <br />"
