The work was performed by an Amish crew, and they comleted the work in less than 8 hours. They also did my shed which wasn't even in my plans for the project."

During their down time they removed the leaved off her porch and front yard, not once but twice. Nobody asked them to do this, it is just the character of the people EagleEye employs. Mom had nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone who went to the house. The work EagleEye did is flawless from matching the original shingles to painting the inside of the roof planks they replaced. Gutters are solid and for the first time in years function correctly. Clean up was complete and done as the work was done, there was never any debris left in the yard. A neighbor who lives two houses down watched the entre repair from start to finish and asked me for EagleEyeâ  s contact information so he could use them in the future. "I Needed 3 layers of old shingles removed and a new roof put up. These guys were very professional. They put up new sheathing, shingles, and new soffit. I did have to have them come out one more time to finish the soffit on the corners, but they came quickly and finished up while I was at work. The new roof looks great!"

"Very dedicated and meticulous work. I was messaged when they started work, and given an update pictures as they went along their progress. Including when they had to replace boards. This crew uses 2 x 12 x 8 boards, or plywood, depending on what you have. And at a reasonable rate. I have seen other roofing companies charge three times as much for OSB, so it is encouraging that they use lumber or plywood. After they were done, they went around the property with a fine tooth comb to pick up any nails from the roofing. First with a magnet, then by hand for anything the magnet missed. Our roof was done in May. Since that time, we have had several rain storms and tumultuous weather. We have had no leaks at all, and the roof still looks as good as the day it was installed."

"Working with Matt and his team at MAP Construction was great! After finding missing shingles from wind damage, his crew came out and temporarily tarped the damaged areas. I filed an insurance claim and Matt helped navigate the process. Fortunately, my roof was covered by insurance. I picked the shingle color and they had all of the materials delivered to my house. The shingles were put directly onto my roof and the remaining materials were out of the way. On the day of replacement, they brought a dump trailer and parked it in the driveway and got to work. The ended up replacing rotting wood (which is not covered by insurance), but let me know ahead of time this may be extra. The roof turned out great and they filed the warranty registration for me. Would definitely recommend!"
