The Sales person, Joel, came to my home and was very pleasant and easy to work with. The price was excellent compared to a previous estimate by another company, and he took pictures and explained exactly what would be done. I had a leak in my family room so I was concerned about the wait time for the installation. He assured me he would get me scheduled as soon as he could and to my surprise it could be done within a few days. The installer, Mike, was on time and professional, he also explained the installation process and the materials being used. He found an issue with my downspout and took care of that repair. This crew uses 2 x 12 x 8 boards, or plywood, depending on what you have. And at a reasonable rate. I have seen other roofing companies charge three times as much for OSB, so it is encouraging that they use lumber or plywood. After they were done, they went around the property with a fine tooth comb to pick up any nails from the roofing. First with a magnet, then by hand for anything the magnet missed. Our roof was done in May. Since that time, we have had several rain storms and tumultuous weather. We have had no leaks at all, and the roof still looks as good as the day it was installed."
