Concrete areas have to be re-done by another company because it has cracked within days to weeks of it being placed. Concrete splashed on retaining wall which was never removed/cleaned by Andres. Paint on fencing chips away easily. He said he would remove the splashed concrete off the wall but never returned to finish the job. As I stated earlier, I have to pay $3K+ to have the concrete done again. Haven't gone through an entire rain season so still don't know how the drainage system works or not. Would never hire him again."

He also was a very hard worker, non stop, never took a break or lunch working 10-12 hrs. a day. Not that you should expect that but that's how he was with me. He got the job done in the amount of time he said he would, even though we ran into a major equipment delay."
