He tells you straight up if you can actually go out and buy a new appliance for the same price you would spend if you repair it. He's kind of straight and lets you know it might not be the wisest thing to get it repaired. I like that he's straight up with you. He's good, fixes the problem and guarantees his work. "Today I had to make a really tough decision. Spend $2000+ on a new fridge or repair my 3 year old - $2000+, GE Profile fridge that had been slowly dropping temperature the past few days. I called several places and the folks answering the phone did not have the technical knowledge I needed to make the decision to book a service call or not.
