"We had complete renovated our bathrooms. Tim and Shaun ripped it down to the studs and rebuilt from concrete up! It was such beautiful craftsmanship and really cared about the outcome. We were lucky to have found them. They did cabinets, re-plumbing, fixtures, lighting, tile work (which there was great deal of it to be done. It has turned out better than I envisioned. Tim and Shaun are so professional and trust them and the craftsmen they brought in. Great communication and kept me up to date on what I needed to."

A well-versed country-raised handyman with a keen mind and a strong body. I'm a skilled carpenter, good at repairs, and experienced in furniture assembly.\n\nI learned carpentry, welding, and various other skills from my father, Louville "Bill" Kimball, one of the top skilled tradesmen in the state of Florida. With his passing a few years ago, I endeavor to carry on the legacy he left me and provide skilled service to the community

"David’s Construction is well more than extraordinary! Always on time for their projects and craftsmanship is outstanding. Polite and effective towards your vision of projects to come true. Completed master bathroom and guest bathroom with a contemporary style finish. As well as a wall removal for my open floor plan in my kitchen in the future. Along with a re-framing for my future built-in master closet. Definitely looking forward to continuing using David’s construction in the future. 5 stars!!!"

"Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."

"I highly recommend Rob Potter! He helped me turn my cramped long kitchen into a functional useable space that hosts many family dinners! I didn’t know if it was possible to remove an old pantry to open the space but Rob made it happen! He was a pleasure to work with and I couldn’t be happier!"

FAQs for interior trim and decorative moldings repair projects in Cape Canaveral, FL

While the terms 'trim' and 'molding' are often used interchangeably, they serve different purposes in home design. Trim refers to materials installed at the junctions of walls, ceilings, and floors, providing a seamless and functional transition. Molding, on the other hand, is a decorative type of trim crafted specifically to enhance your interior's visual appeal. For personalized recommendations that match your home's style, consult a professional contractor.

Repairing or replacing trim throughout your entire home takes six hours. If you're focusing on just a single room or a small section, you can expect the project to take one to two hours to complete. The process includes removing the old trim, carefully measuring and cutting new pieces, and precisely installing them to achieve a polished and lasting result.

Selecting the right trim is key to enhancing your home's overall design. Common options include shoe molding, quarter-round, baseboards, crown molding, chair rails, and picture rails. The best choice depends on where you're installing it, your personal style preferences, and your budget. Consulting a knowledgeable contractor can help you find the perfect trim to elevate your interior's appearance.
