"We called-in AAC&C after water was seen leaking from the ceiling of the vanity alcove in our master bedroom. Their representative responded promptly, performed a thorough, informative, and sensitive assessment of the situation including an estimate of the probable cost of a detailed plan to address the problem. Work began shortly after we accepted the proposal. Their first act was to hang a transparent, zippered curtain across the space that separated the alcove from the rest of the bedroom in order to protect the sleeping area from the dust and debris that would result from cutting-out sections of dry wall and ceiling from the corner where the leak appeared in order to properly locate its source. This visual access to the interior structure provided evidence that a specific section of the roof was compromised. Repairs there began immediately and were soon completed. After the accessway made from the alcove was closed with new drywall, its ceiling and walls were repainted, as were the ceiling and walls of the bedroom proper in order to assure continuity of appearance throughout the conjoined areas. The men who performed and oversaw all aspects of the project were very competent, personable, willing to listen to our concerns, and determined to manage the process with our best interest at heart. At this writing, several weeks have elapsed since the job was finished and no leaking has recurred despite several strong rainstorms. Overall, I consider that this firm performed substantially above average."

"Old pocket doors repair. Excellent work on both doors, and worked very well around my renters' work schedule. Pretty much within the estimate except that the technician didn't have the correct equipment to shave down adoor to make room for carpet. Ergo, he had to make a separate appointment to shave down the door. That's the only reason my rating is a 4 versus 5. Overall, an excellent job."

"We are writing to rave about Geoff's work. We had two projects; one was a small shower downstairs and one was a complete remodel upstairs. After seeing the shower Geoff rebuilt for us, we asked Geoff to work on the remodel. I must say in the small space to which Geoff had to work with, he did an amazing job. It went beyond our expections, in particular, the glass shower door. The tile work is beautiful so having the glass door really made it pop. As for our bigger project upstairs, the complete remodel, I think only photos can do it justice. "The projects went very well. Ripwood Customs pressure washed and stained two decks and rebuilt large planter boxes on one deck. Both decks look just beautiful! Ripwood also rescreened my porch and the workmanship for that was excellent. Ripwood showed up on time, completed the job in a timely fashion and were very good about answering any questions and explaining what they were going to do. The quality of work was excellent."

"Tom and Lou did a great job.  Starting at 9 AM every day and working until 4 or 5 PM.  Everything had to be just perfect.  Anything I could not do for myself, they did for me such as moving kitchen table and heavy appliances into a different room and many little things.  Every night they made sure all was cleared up and ready for the next day.  Once the cabinets had completely dried, Tom came back and installed all the knobs.  I definitely will hire Always Painting by Tommy to do more painting in my home at a later date.
