We found Lucky through Home Advisors earlier this year and so appreciated the quality of his work. But what has kept us coming back is his respect for our time, his willingness to advise and counsel us on new projects and home improvement investments and how he prioritizes our work as if it were his own. This past week our tenants let us know that the water heater was not functioning properly. I did not call Lucky because I thought this was outside of his scope of work... I was wrong and paid for it. The plumber who finally showed, after making me wait for 4 hours, spent 10 minutes looking at it and wanted $500 and another week to repair it. He did not care that our tenants would be taking cold showers for a week. I called Lucky to see if he might know someone and was so excited to hear he had plumbers in his network. He helped me think through different approaches (repair vs. fix) and expedited our service call. He had his guys in the unit the day after we called him and in a few hours had the system working again. And the cost of this emergency, expedited fix? Extremely reasonable! Lucky is a smart business man. He understands that caring for his customers is what will keep them coming back, and he will go above and beyond to take care of you. In todays day and age, Lucky is rare find!"
