"I called at 7:00 the morning after labor day, a day that weather people were calling a heat emergency. Our air conditioner had started making hideous loud rattling noise the evening before. I was told a serviceman could be at my house around 10:30 and that was when he arrived. It took maybe 10 minutes to diagnose a bad capacitor on the outdoor unit and another 10 to repair it. The air conditioner was then working, but he was concerned that the unit was vibrating quite a lot. He took some time to explain to me some options, took it apart to diagnose that problem, and told me Henson Robinson would call me with a quote for that repair.
