"Top to bottom, the experience of working with Patio Enclosures (in Bensalem PA) was excellent--from sales advice and design, to the quality of the product, the installation, and the finished product. We are glad to have made this investment in our home with this company. Many different contractors were contacted, but it always involved selecting all materials that added cost. This company specializes in the patio enclosures and has their own frames (aluminum or vinyl--in 3 colors) with their own glass (single or double paned). Tom, the salesman was excellent, as was Dan (the manager) and the installers were courteous, capable, professional, and experienced. I highly recommend this company. Please keep in mind, however, that you must arrange for your own flooring and electricity and lighting--which is a small price to pay for the installation of a great and a reasonable system."

I had excellent renovation experience in 2015 with the Town Bank Builders team (see previous review) This past May, three years after my renovation was completed, we had a minor roof leak during a very severe wind/rain event. (Act of God...no one's fault, no flaw in workmanship). Coincidentally, the Town Bank team was doing another renovation in my neighborhood when I noticed the leak. I went next door and asked if they could " do me a favor" and tarp the offending area to get me by until the rain stopped. Inside the hour, they had patched the roof to stop the leak and returned the next day to replace a shingle, caulk around a roof vent and repair the inside drywall damaged by the water. A painter was dispatched later to paint the patch to match the rest of the ceiling color. When their bill for the work had not arrived a month later, I contacted them and reminded them to bill me. Their response?...."no charge, enjoy" Town Bank Builders...they are the best"
