"The roof of my 28-year-old house was leaking. I called Above-It-All-Roofing and Dave came to prepare the estimate. We went over the estimate in detail and Dave answered my questions. There was no pressure to sign the contract and Dave provided his cell phone number in the event I had more questions. I decided to use Above-It-All-Roofing because they had the best estimate, my sister used Above-It-All-Roofing 15 years ago and she’s happy with her roof, and the company has many positive reviews. The job was scheduled, the workers showed up on time, worked long days, cleaned up each day and finished in 4 days. After they finished, I noticed black flashing was installed. I wanted the flashing to be painted the same color as the stucco, but I did not have the paint. Later, I also noticed some tiles on the lower roof were chipped or discolored. I bought the paint, and I called Dave to schedule a time to have the flashing painted, the chipped tiles replaced, and the discolored tiles relocated. Dave came over with one of his workers who painted the flashing, replaced the chipped tiles, and relocated the discolored tiles. I am happy with the job Above-It-All-Roofing did on my roof and I recommend Above-It-All-Roofing for anyone looking for a roofer."

"Hoyt did a re-roof job, replaced the under-layment and replace lightweight concrete tiles. Corrected problems left behind by previous roofers many years ago. Workers showed up on time and communicated status and daily coordination. Did several walk-throughs at the end of the job to ensure there were no loose ends. Overall - very pleased with the job."

"We went with Danny and Clearview Roofing for a full traditional tile roof install on our place in SD From quote to finish, communication was spot on, they stuck to the schedule, and kept the yard clean every day. Danny was super responsive and made sure we were good with progress. The tiles turned out beautiful—classic look, durable, and way better than before. "I hired them to replace portions of plywood in a double-garage roof, some facia board and tear off and replace all the roll-on roofing. They also installed a couple of whirlybirds. The estimate was right on. The team showed up bright and early and completed the job in one day. I was impressed. They cleaned up afterwards and even used a big magnet to find hard to see nails that dropped on the ground around the building. My garage roof looks great. It doesn't leak. I'm happy."

"Aaron and his whole crew were fast, accurate, focused, and precise. Finished in less than a week. Did exactly as I requested. Price was a little higher, but I paid for an, "A" roof, and you get what you pay for. Aaron's men work from 7am to 3 or later as needed, and they work quietly, no boom boxes, or other distractions. Their work was impeccable. They tore off two roofs, installed plywood sheathing, put on CertainTeed Presidential TL Reflective Solaris Shake, along with a ridge vent from CertainTeed and had to build a cricket in a valley that I had on my roof. Their work is loved by everybody in the neighborhood. * If you're wondering whether JR should be your choice, then wrestle no further. They are the real deal. 5 star contractor."

"Hiring them for my flat roof replacement was a total win. They were so on the ball, always there when I needed them. And let me tell you, their crew? Top-notch. They didn't just replace my roof; they gave me peace of mind. Now, I've got a roof I can trust, thanks to you guys!"

"Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough. Excellent customer service and high quality work. Even the city roof inspector commented that Jordan Roofing Company does excellent work. I highly recommend Jordan Roofing Company."

"I hired this contractor to remove and replace my 30-year-old tile roof with shingle roof. They explained the roofing process and gave me a pricing which is comparable to other quotes not cheap nor pricy, but it is their professional presentation that made me give the contract to them. Their staff are polite and skilled. They did marvelous job in getting the permit quick, removing existing tile, underlayment, damaged decking. They replaced the decking, install new vents and pipes, flashing, underlayment, shingles, seal and paint all pipes, vents and flashing. every day they cleaned the site and picked up nails from the driveway before leaving. They started the job and finished on time without any problems. I would recommend their services to anyone thinking of hiring roofing contractor."

"I absolutely love my traditional tile roof! It adds such a classic charm to my home, and I feel confident knowing it will last for decades with minimal upkeep. The insulation is fantastic, it keeps my house cooler in the summer and nice and warm in the winter, which has even helped lower my energy bills. The installation team did a wonderful job, and I appreciate the quality craftsmanship. It was a bit of an investment upfront, but knowing I wont have to worry about replacing it in my lifetime makes it well worth it. If you want something beautiful, durable, and long lasting, I highly recommend going with tile roofing!"
