"I would like to recommend Pete Pena for his amazing cabinetry work.  My house went through a 100% renovation.  We had a chance to compare Pete’s work against another cabinet professional.  We used another cabinet person for our kitchen and bar cabinets before we knew Pete.  We found Wood Crafters after we started that work.  Pete did our master bed and study cabinets . I could not be happier with his fantastic work and will do any future work with him. Here is why. Pete’s great work started in the planning phase.  Even though I had experience with cabinet work, he is such a professional, he anticipated some problems with my design.  And, he pointed it out (how many other vendors let you keep moving forward because they are busy?)  Then, he kept in touch with me after the initial drawings were done.  As he did the production, he ran into things that he noticed and called me and advised me on the best approach to finishing the project.  Pete advised me on options that fit my budget. One big thing, he was always ahead of me.  He was calling me about phases he was done with before I was ready with my other subs.  (What construction vendor ever is ahead of the customer! This was on top of replacing the floor in the hallway and family room. After meeting and interviewing 4 additional contractors, Best builders groups project manager, Zohar Regev, was the only person that truly listened to what we wanted and loved as opposed to what is usually done. Zohar suggested many options and thoughts but we are so happy with our new kitchen. The working people were very skilled about managing things around which helped us making better design choices. Our foreman, was on top of the progress and kept us posted daily about progress. He always addressed all of our concerns. They were friendly, hardworking while making sure to clean at the end of each working day. Best builders group was very helpful about including things which were somewhat out of the original plan for no additional cost. They approached problems with a positive attitude and improved things to please our desires. They finished the whole project ahead of schedule. "We called Center to come and inspect, and possibly treat, an overhead supporting beam for termites. We had termite droppings directly underneath the beam for two days and were concerned there might be termites. Andres arrived, right on time, after a call from the office letting us know the inspector would be arriving in a few minutes. He was very nice, personable, very knowledgeable, and got straight to work with his examination of the beam. He brought his tall ladder in, and was very diligent about not getting anything dirty. He inspected the entire beam (which was more than the droppings area) and determined that most likely we did NOT have live termites. The inspection was free. He explained in great detail about the termite life cycle (at my behest). We asked about some spots on the beam and he offered to clean them off, since he had his ladder out! How nice was that???? We were very impressed by this man's manner and professionality. If we ever need termite control in the future, we will most certainly be calling Center."
