He gave us a free quote, a full scope description, and pictures of issue areas. After we signed the contract, the Keith team came out the next week to complete the work. So in total, we had everything fixed within 10 days of our first call. Hugh also gave us pictures of all the repairs, walking us through what he and his team accomplished. "It went fantastic. Dave, the salesperson, came right away. He was professional and friendly. Gave me the info about sizes (we chose the 14-inch), features (it has a solar nightlight which gives enough glow at night you don’t have to turn lights or have a nightlight on), prices, tax break, etc. Since they came highly recommended from our friends in Fairfax Station, VA, we hired them. We had to have permission from our HOA. They approved it with the proviso that the baffle would match the roof color. We got the RustOleoum paint can Dave and Al recommended in the shade of gray that matched our roof as required. Their two technicians came within a few days, Al spray painted the baffle and that was that. In about an hour and a half tops, they installed the skylight. I am SO happy we got this in our bathroom! It’s my favorite room now. No kidding. Wished we had done this sooner."

"Perfect. I scheduled an appointment on the Angi app, and Mike came on time. He thoroughly reviewed the damaged siding on our initial visit. The original siding around our carport had a cap over the top that fell away, and the team came up with a different way to attach the siding so that problem wouldn't happen again. The crew arrived on time on the repair day, completed the task, and reviewed it with me before leaving. They provided excellent communication and service throughout the whole process. "We had a leak in the master bedroom ceiling. We called RIBA Construction in for a repair estimate. HB (their estimator) inspected our roof and found a hole where a branch had fallen and poked a deep gash through the tiles, at a valley between two slants in the roof. The painted area on the ceiling of the master bedroom had puckered and split, so it needed to be refinished & repainted. There was another area in our house by a window in another window where the paint had warped that we asked HB to give us an estimate for. He examined our window frame, inside and out and told us that the window frame was no longer level underneath the vinyl siding and the wood in the corner of the window was damp and he recommended that it should be repaired. Repair of a section of roof tiles: $300 Repair of a window underneath vinyl siding: $400 Refinishing & painting of ceiling & wall by window corner: $350 Each of these three tasks was performed by different repair men on different days. The estimate and the three repairs were all scheduled promptly and with clear warning as to when they would arrive. All of the work appears to have been done well and handled professionally. We would recommend them to anyone who need one or all of these the three services that they performed."

"Extremely well. Workers were professional and courteous. Cleaned up extremely well. In fact came back a second day to do a second sweep that included metal detection to get all the nails. Also, they reviewed their own work and were not satisfied with the flashing installation so they came back a couple days later with new material to replace it. No additional cost to us. Overall, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new roof."

The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here!
