He was the 1st to come see the job, his estimate was itemized & very professional, & that impressed us. Day 1 he prepped the hallways of our condo bldg, protected our cabinets in the kitchen & b/r, & covered them in plastic. The demo went smoothly & he got rid of all of the trash. We needed some floor prep done also and a sound barrier installed prior to the floor & all was done very professional. The herringbone installation is time consuming & he never complained and it came out beautifully! Everyone who has seen it LOVES it! We cannot say enough about how well the job went and would 100% use Kodi LLC again and highly recommend him!"
