It was a bad lot of shingles. It was a Manufacture warranty issue and Mr. Graci took the shingles that fell down back to his sales representative to show the manufacturer personally. Michael assured us there was no problem and he would cover setting up new installation of everything would not cost us anything out of pocket. He went ahead and ordered new shingles, which worked out in our favor because the style and color we had are no longer available. He was able to give us an upgrade to keep the color we want. They came within a week and he had everything scheduled quickly. We are very pleased with this Company and can rest at ease now before winter hits.
