"We held off on review for about four months because we do not believe you have a balanced picture of your experience immediately as the "newness factor" plays such a part. Last summer Halpert Construction remodeled our bathroom. We were immediately struck by the fact that Mark Halpert listened to us and did not try to take over the project like several of our other bidders seemed to want to. He also explained the whole process and after we hired him it worked just as he said. In fairness we agreed to purchase our own materials except for the basic construction materials (I must say he went above and beyond and purchased a number of things we expected to purchase.) He did help is with referrals to excellent sources. His bid was well within the parameters of the work he was providing and there were no hidden costs or cost overruns. His workers worked for him and were not day laborers and we were extremely pleased with all of them. The workers (and Mark) were excellent to work with and never got tired of explaining and answering our questions. They did their professional work perfectly but always consulted us when there was a design question. If we were having trouble they always gave us some perspectives. Even though we started early there were a couple of SNAFUs as to our part of the purchases--mostly because of the pandemic and the shortage of materials. They took it in stride and worked around these difficulties without complaint. They finished on time and cleaned up well. At the end of the job we did stick on a painting project and he gave us a good price and even pulled his main painter to take care of us that day. After four months we view this project as one of our best improvements on our house and are amazed every day when we use the shower and bathroom. We could wholeheartedly recommend Halpert Construction for any household project--large or small."

"Great job looks great. Highly recommend"

"Professional services provided! The master bathroom exceed expectations. Will absolutely hire again for future remodeling."

"Charles, his project managers (Ron and Alex), and crew did an amazing job. Both bathrooms exceeded are expectations and job was performed in a timely manner with constant communication with all aspects of project. The only delays were due to us selecting material not in stock locally...not really a delay. Crew was courteous and kept things clean and tidy during the project. After the majority of the project was complete, a cleaning crew showed up to deep clean bathrooms and general cleaning of the remainder of our home (dust happens during remodel). Price wasn't the least or most expensive and worth the price. Would definitely hire again."

"We had a great experience working with royalty design and build and Lavi, our job manager. we remodelled our master bathroom and the crew were fast and efficient. We already recommended Lavi to two of our friends!"

"The job went fantastic! I am so happy with our new bathroom!"

"They Upgraded my bathroom from an old 1960s to a new modern bathroom"

"I highly recommend Contractor Adrian Lamb owner of Affordable Builders. I needed to find a contractor who could replace a mid-century bathtub/shower with a walk-in shower for my elderly parents and I needed the job completed as soon as possible. I contacted Adrian who graciously agreed to provide a quote on a Saturday morning. He was very professional and patient with our ideas and questions. He explained all options for our project and provided a quote including project scope later that same day. He also provided several different places to select the specific tile that my parents were looking for. The tile was selected. I notified Adrian who agreed to travel to two different locations to pick up the materials. The project started on the following Thursday as agreed at contract signing. Adrian was in constant communication responding to additional questions and providing updates. Project was completed in one week which is exactly what was promised. The shower is absolutely amazing and my parents are very happy with the workmanship of the finished project. Affordable builders worked in a very organized fashion, keeping materials, tools and all areas clean and safe throughout the project. My father asked that additional painting be done and Adrian obliged without hesitation. Overall, I highly recommend Affordable Builders for any bathroom remodeling needs. Affordable Builders provides quality workmanship at a fair price. A 5 star rating only because that is highest rating available. Sincerely, Guillermo Lopez"

"I was very pleased with the bathroom remodel. My project went smoothly and turned out beautiful. I would definitely recommend Krispel Interiors, and I would use them again for another project."

"I hired C&H for a whole-house deep clean. Scheduling was easy, less than a week. The owner, Al, and his crew have been terrific; thorough, responsive, careful and hard-working, The price was affordable and the place looked great afterwards. I've never used a professional service before C&H. I began with the deep clean as a first step, and was so pleased with the results that I decided to have them back on a regular basis. I look forward to spending less of my free time cleaning. Lucky to have found them, and confidently recommend them to others. Included dusting and/or cleaning: wood floors, coated-concrete floors, cabinet/drawer faces, furniture, doors, bathrooms, mirrors/windows, sills, appliances, etc, etc."
