"The yard care was thorough and efficient. All weeds gone and the whole yard, back and front yard was sprayed as preventive maintenance. They were careful not to spray existing plants with weed spray. Fig sapling was removed per my request and it looks like a tree and not a bush Light trimming was done on the other plants. They were respectful, polite, a trustworthy company I am happy to work with."

I got a callback from Cisco less than an hour after submitting a quote request via AngiesList and gave the details of the work I wanted done. He stopped by the property to have a look the same day and called me back with the price. I agreed to move forward and he started the work immediately, and finished up by the next day. The scope of the work increased a little due to finding and replacing broken sprinkler pipes. Cisco seems like a good guy and was very responsive and easy to talk to. He emailed me photos of the yard before and after the job. He and his crew did a nice job for me at a reasonable price. I will use them again."

Lighting installation went O.K., although not all lights arrived for the first day of work.  A guy came back a week later and installed the last 3 lights.

Plants were adequately planted.

Front yard 3/8" gravel was adequately spread on thin areas where bare dirt was showing.

Back yard 3/4" gravel whole east side of the yard was missed.  Bare spots remain.

Wife called Bret (sales rep) &/or Brandy (office manager) 4 times over a 2-week period.  Each time Brandy promised a call back.  No one ever called back.  It's apparent they are not going to call back or offer any remedy for their incomplete gravel job.

"MasterAZscapes landscaped my backyard in Vistancia with a large cactus garden, lots of bougainvillea for a future hedge, 3 trees, a sidewalk, irrigation, lights, boulders, mounding and decorative rocks. During the planning stage Troy provided me with pricing for each specific plant, rather than just describing X number of plants for X price. I knew what the size of each plant would be, so there were no surprises. He even provided me with a computer image of just how my garden would look. When I didn't like the rip rap delivered by the rock company, there was no argument about changing it out, or who would pay to remove the offensive rip rap. Darrel came by with samples of replacement rock and the project continued with no delay. They planted over 80 plants, with many large, pricey cacti. They did a beautiful job and I'm very pleased with my new garden. I would highly recommend them as they showed great care and thought from the planning stage with Troy through the installation process with Darrel and Tommie. From beginning to end, their primary objective appeared to be my happiness, and they succeeded."
