"We hired Joe to seal our entire roof, per the quote. Come to find out later after a rain storm, he sealed the roof minus the patio overhang. This area had been included in a previous quote that he had submitted. We have contacted him multiple times to request he fulfill the scope as quoted and he has stopped responding. While his prices seem reasonable, this is questionable and ethical business practices. I would stay far away."

"I received a text for a free roof inspection. I really didn't want one, I wasn't looking for problems. However, I already had one. Two of my roof tiles had fallen from the second story, almost hit my AC units and managed not to crack. A 3rd one was looming, edged to fall next. I asked Logan, who came out for the inspection, if he could instead just do the repair so I would not get a leak with the exposed roof during the AZ monsoon season. Mind you, it a 100 and hot outside. He said, yeah no problem and proceeded to get up on the roof and fixed them. He also did the inspection, lol! The best part was, Lucas is a walking angel and didn't even charge me to put the 2 fallen tiles back up. He quoted me a price to redo my roof and it was more reasonable than I expected. He told me they even offer financing. Lucas earned a client for life with me. When I am ready ProGuard will be installing my roof. They have an ROC # and the customer service was off the charts. "Needed an estimate for wind damage to roof for insurance purposes. Not available until 8 days later but needed the estimate so scheduled.. Upon arrival didn't have the equipment to perform the estimate due to 2 story home. Wanted to reschedule for the next morning. I had already scheduled the repairs to be completed with another contractor based on a neighbors referral. After informing them of this, via text message, that they didn't have to come back in the morning, that is when the lying started. Stated someone had come by with a drone to Survey the damage and the estimate to repair was $550. A ridiculously low estimate for the amount of damage. I reviewed our outdoor security footage and not a single vehicle had stopped close to our house after the initial visit that day. Hopefully if you go with this company they are more honest with you then they were with me."
