"EXCELLENT SERVICE BY BRAD I discovered a small leak comingl from my pipes leading to my Reverse Osmosis. I called Ben Franklin around 4pm and was guaranteed a technician would come over. Brad called to say he would be over a little after 8pm if that was okay. He was so thoughtful of the time since he was coming from other jobs. When he came over he assessed the leak source and repaired it. To make sure it was okay, we agreed to run the regen. Brad was kind enough to put the salts in my RO. Upon running the system, a new leak occurred. Brad gave me options both of which were a little too costly. Brad offered to clean out the part that was leaking and sealed it with more dope and sealant. He saved me a lot more money doing it that way and when he ran the regen, the system worked without leak! I will have to purchase a new RO at some point but for now, with funds so tight, he helped me get through this problem especially since it was a weekend I was going to be away. Bradâ s compassion and kindness along with his knowledge and professionalism makes him an OUTSTANDING employee for Benjamin Franklin. I will continue doing business with Ben Franklin because of employees like Brad!"

Since we have used 3 other pool companies in the past 3 years, I can say that for many companies are able keep the water clean and clear if it is not 105 degrees outside or if there are no monsoons or if all the equipment is functioning properly. But at any sign of trouble, past pool companies become "busy" or don't know how to properly repair the problem. I was cautiously optimistic when I hired Westmoreland. Clay (the owner) was very personable and genuinely seemed invested in gaining my trust. He also was knowledgeable about my pool equipment. His company is small, so he is able to provide quick and individualized service. His techs keep our pool clean and all equipment well maintained. For instance, if a hose on our vacuum cracks, it is replaced immediately to prevent damage to our pool pump. When we had a problem with our salt cell (which was improperly installed by a previous company), he went to great lengths with the manufacturer to ensure that the repair would be covered under the warranty--saving us a lot of hassle and quite a bit of money. I finally feel confident that our pool is being serviced properly, which allows us to truly enjoy our pool without the stress or frustration."

"Originally the experience was good. A lot of the time when I look my pool pump would not be working even though they treated it. I just got upset because they were spending five minutes out at my pool and not making sure the equipment is turned on and working properly before they walked off. There weren't that bad but they were not necessarily what I wanted. I discontinued their services. When the pump wasn't working I was paying for electricity and it was not even working. I tried to contact the owner to give him a heads up but he never returned my call so I left it at that. My equipment is the only thing I am not happy about."
